Reflexology has become one of the most popular and accessible natural healing therapies. This course is designed to launch your career as a reflexologist or complement an existing practice.
Reflexology is one of the most effective therapies for stimulating the body’s natural healing processes,
...removing blockages, and enhancing energy flow and blood circulation. This course combines reflexology with vitalistic principles, organic plant-based nutrition, and an understanding of the mind-body connection, offering a holistic approach to health and wellness.
The Programme
The Organic Nutrition and Vitalistic Reflexology Diploma is a professional training programme that prepares students to become reflexologists while also integrating the powerful healing properties of organic nutrition and natural healing principles. Students will gain practical reflexology skills, in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and the ability to support clients through a holistic approach that considers diet, emotional well-being, and lifestyle.
Course Content
The Practical Reflexology Classes
The practical aspect of the course covers how to provide a reflexology treatment in sequence, introducing all the reflex points on the feet. Students also learn reflexology techniques specific to conditions such as asthma, psoriasis, headaches, and digestive issues. Practical classes are held over eight Saturdays. Students also receive extensive online support including video lessons to support the student in practising the techniques covered during the classes.
The Theory of Reflexology
The theory aspect of the course is unique in that we examine all aspects of health restoration, including the emotional and lifestyle-related aspects of recovery.
Symptoms often manifest as a result of imbalance on both the spiritual and physical levels. Dietary habits that are not conducive to health are often linked to these imbalances. Alongside reflexology theory and anatomy and physiology, nutrition is a major component of the course, as are the principles and practice of natural healing.
This course is also unique in that it profoundly covers the mind-body connection and how it relates to reflexology. This component allows graduates to explore the psychological and spiritual causes of symptoms with their patients, adding a new depth to the practice of reflexology.
