A practical one-day workshop with Helen Costelloe, Living Food Chef and Instructor, at the Core College campus in Castlecomer, County Kilkenny. Saturday 7 November 2026, 9.30 am to 5.00 pm. Demonstrations and tastings of juices, smoothies, sprouts, salads, raw soups and date-based desserts. No previous experience is needed.
